Terms of Service - Impresus

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Impresus, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Impresus for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Service Description

Impresus provides an online platform for print shops to manage orders, accept payments, and fulfill printing services to their customers.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Impresus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
